I ride an FZ-07. I blew the motor at the end of last season and wasn't sure what direction I should go. I took my bike to Allen and Lucas in service and they saved my summer. They did a full rebuild on my motor and all the upgrades I was looking to do. Big shout out to Mike in service as well as he did a lot of the build. I cannot thank them enough for the job they did as well as the patience they had as I kept wanting to add little changes. So happy with the decision I made and will always go to them with any future endeavors.

Dropped my Sxs off for normal maintenance and as always the service department delivered. Quick turn-around and great communication when they were finished. I can highly recommend them for any maintenance needs, or if you are in the market for a new unit see them for that too. Bought a 2018 Polaris Slingshot end of June, Love it. Sales people were great went over the vehicle and explained the operation of it. I purchased the Demo which had 450 miles on it and they did the 500 mile oil change early at no extra charge. Love the Slingshot and the dealer, had a great follow up about a month after the purchase with the salesman who called just to see how I liked it. The best retirement toy ever. Warned my wife I will be very sad to put it away for the winter.

This is the second time I have brought my bike into the shop with absolutely zero issues. Lucas is very friendly and helpful and clearly knows his stuff. This last time I brought my bike in after a wreck looking to covert my fz6 into a streetfighter. I'm going to try to add some pictures because it looks wayyy better than it did before. They even fabricated a bracket so I could keep my speedo and tach. Austin did an awesome job on the bike and I'll certainly be going back when I want to change my handlebars.

But after talking to the service personnel and getting some insight into the issue. I knew it was at the right place.

A couple of days later it was fixed and good to go, and to my surprise, the cost was less than Quoted.

We have purchased two side by sides from Full Throttle and both times the customer service was great and the process was easy. We purchased the preventative maintenance packages with both units and it is so worth the money. Lucas and Evan in the service department are top notch. When the units need serviced they will send someone out to pick them up and drop them back at the house when completed. Last time we had them picked up they were really dirty and we hadn't had a chance to clean them before being serviced. When the driver dropped them off they looked brand new, they had taken the time to clean them up for us. Lucas goes up and above to make sure all his customers are happy, he has even given us his cell number to contact him anytime we need anything.

Alright, so I bought a 2021 Kawasaki Ninja 400 as my first bike from these guys over a year ago, June 2021. I haven't been in for any service on it, I've enjoyed wrenching on it myself, but the sales environment was chill. Sat on a bunch of bikes I couldn't afford at the time, gave a young guy a sale, and started my great adventure. I went to a few other bike shops in Lansing before-hand and they just didn't seem as refined or nice as this place. I have over 4000 miles on my odometer, and I still wear my Full Throttle t-shirt!

I recently bought a 2018 Polaris Rzr here and overall had a great experience. My salesman was John (young John) and he was extremely professional and made the process so easy.
